Global Uranium Corp. ( (TSE:GURN) ) has shared an announcement.
Global Uranium Corp. plans to conduct an Ambient Noise Tomography survey at the Astro Project in Saskatchewan’s eastern Athabasca Basin, where it holds an option to earn an 80% interest from Cosa Resources. The work follows a 2025 ZTEM survey that outlined a 25-kilometre conductive corridor and seven target zones, including three high-priority areas with strong uranium potential.
The new survey, to be executed by CAUR Technologies, will refine structural targets such as the AS-1 zone, support drill prioritization and help define high-confidence locations for the company’s first drilling campaign at Astro. Scheduled to start in June with results expected in August, the program is positioned as a key step in advancing Astro, shaping further ground geophysics and potentially strengthening Global Uranium’s exploration footprint in the Athabasca Basin.
