Global Surfaces Promoter to Absorb 2% Stake After Trust Dissolution

Vatsankit Shah Trust. As a result, the move is primarily a restructuring of holdings within the promoter family, with no change in overall control or economic interest for existing shareholders and limited direct impact on public float or corporate governance.
