Global Partners LP has announced the redemption of all its Series A Preferred Units for $25.00 each plus accrued distributions, to be paid by April 15, 2024. Subsequently, these units will cease to exist. Additionally, the company’s Board has declared a quarterly cash distribution of $0.59375 per Series B Preferred Unit, payable on May 15, 2024, to unit holders on record as of May 1, 2024. This move reflects the company’s ongoing financial strategies and commitments to its investors.
