Global One Real Estate Investment Corp. (GOR) has decided to sell its trust beneficiary interest in a Tokyo-based property, Arca Central, aiming to improve its portfolio’s yield and capitalize on the current high real estate market prices. The transaction will be completed in three phases, with a total transfer price of 18,500 million yen, which is expected to result in a gain of approximately 2,682 million yen. This strategic move is part of GOR’s long-term plan to enhance its property portfolio quality and manage stable dividends.
