Global Oil & Gas has announced that as of April 15, 2024, S3 Consortium Pty Ltd and associated entities have become substantial shareholders, collectively holding 34,210,000 shares, amounting to a 6.14% voting power in the company. The shares were acquired with a combination of cash and non-cash considerations, including a service fee paid in shares, which are under voluntary escrow until December 4, 2025.
