Global New Material International Holdings Limited has announced the appointment of Mr. LIM Kwang Su as an executive director and Professor CHEN Fadong as an independent non-executive director, effective from 26 September 2024. Mr. LIM brings 37 years of expertise in the pearl pigment business and is a recognized expert in the field, holding a significant shareholding in the company. He has agreed to a service term until 2 June 2026 with an annual remuneration set by the company’s board.
