Global Masters Fund Limited has announced its 2024 Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on November 14, where shareholders will review the annual financial statements, consider the adoption of directors’ remuneration report, and vote on the re-election of Mr. Murray d’Almeida as a Director. Shareholders are entitled to appoint proxies for the meeting, with detailed proxy submission instructions and voting entitlements based on the shareholder register as of November 12.
