Global Lithium Resources New Director Holdings

Global Lithium Resources Ltd. (AU:GL1) has released an update.

Matthew Gerard Allen has been appointed as a director of Global Lithium Resources Limited, effective from September 9, 2024. Allen holds 67,995 fully paid ordinary shares, over 1.2 million unlisted performance rights with varying expiry dates, and nearly 1.2 million unlisted options with exercise prices of $2.15 and $0.375. No interests were reported in securities where Allen is not the registered holder, nor any interests in contracts as per the initial director’s interest notice provided to the ASX.
