Global Lithium Resources Ltd., a West Australian lithium company, has notified its shareholders that it views a recent requisition by shareholder Sincerity Development Pty Ltd to make Board changes as invalid. The company, led by substantial shareholder Leon Zhu, attempted to call a shareholder meeting to replace two directors, which Global Lithium is not planning to honor, considering the requisition notices ineffective. Global Lithium is assessing the situation and will update shareholders on any significant developments.
