Global Li-Ion Graphite Raises Capital Through Private Placement

Global Li-Ion Graphite (TSE:LION) has released an update.

Global Li-Ion Graphite Corp. successfully raised $222,500 through a non-brokered private placement of 8.9 million units, with each unit comprising one common share and one purchase warrant. The company plans to use the funds for general working capital purposes and issued securities will be restricted until February 2025.
