Global Li-Ion Graphite Corp. has announced a non-brokered private placement aiming to raise up to $250,000 by offering 10 million units at $0.025 each, with each unit comprising a common share and a purchase warrant. The proceeds are intended for general working capital purposes, with the offering expected to close on October 11, 2024.
