Global Invacom ( (SG:QS9) ) has issued an announcement.
Global Invacom Group has secured worldwide exclusive distribution rights for the Prodelin range of VSAT sheet moulding composite antennas from Premix-Hadlock, part of GMR Companies, under a two-and-a-half-year agreement. The professional-grade antennas, approved by Intelsat and Eutelsat and covering C, Ku, Ka and X bands, span 1.2m to 3.8m for transmit/receive and up to 4.5m for receive-only applications.
The partnership allows Global Invacom to bundle Prodelin’s high-quality SMC antennas with its own RF electronics, motor control systems and XRJ transceiver to offer more complete satcom solutions for VSAT, cellular backhaul, and government and defence ground stations. While the deal is not expected to materially affect earnings in the current financial year, it strengthens Global Invacom’s portfolio and market positioning in high-specification antenna systems, particularly for mission-critical and defence-related applications.
