Global Invacom Group Limited has announced the appointment of Mr Alex Tan and Mr David Martin Gilmore as Independent Non-Executive Directors effective from May 1, 2024. The reshuffle follows the retirement of former committee members, with Mr Tan set to chair the Audit and Risk Committee and join the Nominating Committee while Mr Gilmore will chair the Remuneration Committee and join the Audit and Risk Committee. These appointments are part of the company’s board and committee re-composition to ensure continued compliance with the Singapore Exchange listing rules.
