Global Health Limited is calling on shareholders to appoint proxies for voting at their upcoming General Meeting on July 31, 2024. Shareholders have the option to direct their proxy on how to vote on specific resolutions or allow the proxy discretion if no directions are given. Any undirected proxies will be voted in favor of the proposed items by the Chairman of the Meeting, with forms to be submitted 48 hours prior to the event.
