Global-E Online Ltd. is set to hold its Annual General Meeting on June 20, 2024, in Petah-Tikva, Israel, where shareholders will vote on re-electing directors and re-appointing their accounting firm, among other agenda items. Shareholders of record as of May 9 are eligible to vote and are urged to do so, even if not attending the meeting, by proxy card, telephone, or Internet. The meeting will also provide an opportunity to discuss the company’s financial statements for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2023.
