The Global Data Centre Group reported a significant increase in earnings, showcasing a 123% revenue growth and an astounding 69,417% rise in profits for the year ended June 30, 2024. Despite these impressive financial gains, no distributions were declared for 2024 or 2023. Additionally, the company’s net tangible asset per security more than doubled from $1.05 to $2.59, reflecting strategic corporate movements including the deconsolidation of a key investment.
