Global Data Centre Group (GDC) has requested a trading halt on their securities, effective immediately as of September 5, 2024. The halt is in place pending a forthcoming announcement related to the company’s indirect interest in AirTrunk, with trading expected to resume by Monday, September 9, 2024, or upon the announcement release, whichever comes first.
