Global Cord Blood EGM Dissolved Without Quorum

Global Cord Blood Corporation (CORBF) has released an update.

Global Cord Blood Corporation’s adjourned Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) on April 23, 2024, was dissolved due to the lack of a quorum, as not enough shareholders were present to meet the required one-third of total issued voting shares. The Chairperson confirmed that the Joint Provisional Liquidators will seek the Grand Court of the Cayman Islands’ approval for their remuneration. Shareholders will be notified and can attend the court application regarding liquidators’ fees.
