Global Cord Blood Corporation has announced the postponement of its Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM), originally scheduled for April 16, 2024, due to lack of quorum. The rescheduled meeting is now set for April 23, 2024, to be held both in person at Grant Thornton Specialist Services in the Cayman Islands and online. Members are required to confirm their attendance for the web conference by April 19, and in the event of another inquorate situation, the meeting will be dissolved.
