Global Atomic (TSE:GLO) has released an update.
Global Atomic Corporation has received confirmation from a U.S. development bank for a $295 million debt facility to fund 60% of its Dasa Project in Niger, expected to begin commercial production in early 2026. Additionally, the company raised C$40 million through a public offering to support ongoing development efforts. Global Atomic is also exploring other financing options, including potential joint ventures.
