Glennon Director Ups Stake with On-Market Buy

Glennon Small Companies Ltd (AU:GC1) has released an update.

Glennon Small Companies Limited has reported a change in director Sulieman Ravell’s interest in the company, with an acquisition of 4,185 Resettable Redeemable Convertible Preference Shares valued at $41,938. This purchase was conducted on-market and has increased Ravell’s total holdings to 5,844 of the said share class, alongside 40 fully paid ordinary shares already held.
