Glennon Small Companies Ltd (AU:GC1) has released an update.

John Larsen has stepped down as a director of Glennon Small Companies Limited as of April 5, 2024, according to the Final Director’s Interest Notice filed with the ASX. Prior to his departure, Larsen held 309,889 fully paid ordinary shares directly and had an indirect interest in an additional 10,000 shares through Trifern Pty Ltd Super Fund A/C where he is a beneficiary. No interests in contracts were reported in the notice.
