The firm sold 1,972,566 fully paid ordinary shares (FPOs) for a consideration of $919,385, following previous purchases of 222,262 FPOs at $118,161. As a result, Glennon Capital’s current relevant interest in Sequoia stands at 6,894,419 FPOs.
