Glencore PLC has announced a second-half distribution of US$0.065 per share from its capital contribution reserves, following a shareholder resolution on 29 May 2024. Shareholders have the option to receive this payment in different currencies based on exchange rates published on 5 September 2024, with the actual payment date set for 20 September 2024. The company highlighted its role as a diversified natural resource entity and reiterated its commitment to decarbonization and the Paris Agreement goals.
