Glen Eagle Resources Inc. has decided not to appeal the court’s decision to homologate a judgment requiring the company to pay Gem Yield Bahamas Limited nearly $2 million in compensation and penalties. This resolution follows an arbitration that awarded a lesser amount than originally sought by GEM. The company is accepting the financial obligations as ordered without further legal contest.
