Glatfelter and Berry have jointly announced the leadership lineup for Magnera’s board following the impending merger, with a total of nine directors set to steer the combined entity. The team includes prominent figures such as Kevin M. Fogarty, who will retain his role as Non-Executive Chair, and Curtis L. Begle, appointed as the CEO. The board will also feature experienced executives from diverse industries, ensuring a well-rounded governance structure post-Closing. As the companies prepare for the transition, four of Glatfelter’s current directors will retire, making way for the new leadership to take the helm.
