Gladiator Metals Corp ( (TSE:GLAD) ) has provided an update.

Gladiator Metals Corp. has secured a Class 3 Quartz Exploration Permit from the Government of Yukon for its Whitehorse Copper Project, following a positive recommendation from the Yukon Environmental and Socio-economic Assessment Board and supportive consultations with Kwanlin Dün First Nation and Ta’an Kwäch’än Council. The five-year permit widens access to high-priority targets across the 35 km Whitehorse Copper Belt and enables systematic drilling that was not possible under the previous Class 1 authorization.

With more than 40,000 metres of drilling planned for 2026, Gladiator intends to fast-track resource definition and expansion at high-grade skarn prospects including Cowley and Cub East, while also returning to mineralized zones near former producing mines such as Chiefs and Arctic Chief-Best Chance. The company aims to publish a maiden NI 43-101-compliant inferred copper resource for Cowley in 2026, positioning the project as a potential multi-decade operation and strengthening Gladiator’s standing in the Yukon’s copper sector.
