Gjensidige Completes Q2 Share Savings Scheme

Gjensidige Forsikring ASA (GB:0OJC) has released an update.

On July 16, 2024, DNB purchased 116,328 shares of Gjensidige Forsikring ASA on behalf of the company, selling 93,548 of those to employees as part of a share savings scheme at NOK 180.6185 each. The scheme’s second quarter transactions are now complete, leaving Gjensidige with 48,275 own shares. Details on shares acquired by primary insiders, including CEO Geir Holmgren, were also released.
