Gimv NV has decided to sell half of its stake in Infravest BV to WorxInvest NV following the successful completion of a transaction involving the exchange of interests in TINC and TDP NV. The decision, which aligns with Gimv’s policy and does not disadvantage the company or its shareholders, has been positively received by an independent committee and the company’s auditor, with no material inconsistencies found. Regulatory approvals are pending for the finalization of the deal.
