Gigante Salmon AS has completed its first harvest from the Autumn 2024 generation, landing 345 tonnes of salmon (HOG) with an average weight of 3.0 kg and a high 94% superior share, underscoring strong biological performance and feed efficiency from its land-based facility. With two production basins already running, a third about to start, and a total standing biomass of 3,000 tonnes split between the Autumn 2024 and Autumn 2025 generations, the company has laid out a harvest schedule stretching to 2027 and plans to release 3.3 million smolt in autumn 2026, signalling that it is ramping up towards its growth targets and reinforcing its position in the emerging land-based salmon segment ahead of its upcoming Q4 report.
