Bernes, a seasoned leader in the home furnishings industry, brings over 30 years of experience to the Board. His expertise is expected to support GigaCloud’s growth in the B2B marketplace for large parcel merchandise. Lin’s departure stems from his desire to focus on venture capital, with no disagreements cited with the company.
