He will stay on as an advisor until September 19 to help with the handover. Taking over is Ms. Xiaoyang Wei, Erica, the current Vice President of Finance with extensive prior experience at PwC. The company has issued a press release about these changes and confirmed there are no conflicts of interest or undisclosed transactions involving Ms. Wei.
