Giant Biogene Holding Co. Ltd. (HK:2367) has released an update.

Giant Biogene Holding Co., Ltd. has implemented a new electronic dissemination policy for its corporate communications, in adherence to the updated Listing Rules of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited. Shareholders will no longer receive printed materials by default but can access all communications in both English and Chinese on the company’s and the Stock Exchange’s websites. Shareholders must provide their email or mailing address through intermediaries to receive notifications or request printed copies if preferred.
