GH Research Plc has announced its Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for June 27, 2024, during which shareholders will vote on the re-election of its board of directors and the ratification of the appointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers Ireland as the company’s independent auditors. The shareholders will also review the company’s 2023 statutory financial statements. The directors have unanimously recommended voting in favor of the proposed resolutions, stating that these are in the best interests of the company and its shareholders.
