Gfinity PLC has announced a significant equity issue, with Director David Halley subscribing to 200,000,000 new Ordinary Shares at a price of 0.015p each, totaling an investment of £30,000. The proceeds from this issuance will serve as additional working capital for the company. This move will see Gfinity’s total issued share capital increase, with the new shares expected to be admitted for trading around October 4, 2024.
