Gfinity PLC has announced that its director, David Halley, has significantly increased his stake in the company by purchasing 200 million new Ordinary Shares, which now accounts for a 7.82% interest in the firm. This move, detailed in accordance with Market Abuse Regulations, shows a substantial investment by Halley in Gfinity’s future. The transaction took place outside of a trading venue and is an initial notification as per the disclosures.
