GFG Resources Inc. has entered into a definitive agreement to sell its Rattlesnake Hills Gold Project to Patriot Gold Vault Ltd. for a total consideration of around C$3.3 million. The deal includes multiple payments in cash and shares, with additional terms based on future resource estimates and coverage of certain costs by Patriot. The Rattlesnake Hills Gold Project, located in central Wyoming, is a significant gold exploration project with a history of approximately 100,000 meters of drilling.
