GFG Resources Inc. has proposed amendments to the common share purchase warrants originally issued in 2022 and 2023, including an extension of the expiry date and an adjustment of the exercise price. The company retains the right to accelerate the expiry of the warrants if its share price remains above a certain threshold for a consecutive period. These amendments are subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
