Getty Copper Inc. has entered a loan agreement with Freeway Properties Inc. to secure advances totaling over $1.4 million, which will help cover operational shortfalls and exploration costs. The loan, a related party transaction, is exempt from certain TSX Venture Exchange requirements and is secured by the company’s real estate assets.
