Getech Group plc, a leader in subsurface resource location, has successfully closed its Retail Offer, significantly oversubscribed, raising £0.2 million at 2 pence per share. Following the Retail Offer, the company will issue a total of 85 million New Ordinary Shares, which is expected to enhance the company’s financial strength and support revenue growth. Shareholder approval and Admission are pending with dealings to commence around 28 August 2024.
