Cantor Fitzgerald Europe has notified Getech Group plc of a major change in shareholding, crossing the notification threshold on August 23, 2024, and now holds 9.66% of voting rights, equating to 6,518,750 shares. This acquisition or disposal of financial instruments has been officially reported to the issuer on August 27, 2024.
