Getech Group plc has announced a new Retail Offer to raise £0.2 million through the issuance of up to 10 million new ordinary shares, priced at 2 pence each, representing an 11.11% premium over the closing share price on the prior day. The offer is part of a larger fundraising effort, which includes a conditional £1.5 million raised through a separate placing and subscription. The Retail Offer is open exclusively to existing UK shareholders with an application period starting on 9 August 2024 and closing on 21 August 2024, with dealings expected to commence on AIM on 28 August 2024.
