Getchell Gold Extends Warrants and Settles Debt

Getchell Gold Corp. (TSE:GTCH) has released an update.

Getchell Gold Corp. is extending the expiry dates of over 5 million share purchase warrants and settling debt with two directors via common share issuance. The warrant extensions apply to two sets of warrants, with the new expiry dates set for May 2025. Additionally, the company will issue shares to directors for services and settle outstanding debts, reinforcing its focus on Nevada-based gold and copper exploration projects.
