GetBusy Plc, a productivity software provider, has reported a 5% growth in annual recurring revenue to £21.0m and a 4% increase in constant currency recurring revenue to £10.4m for the first half of 2024, with an adjusted EBITDA of £0.4m showing significant improvement from the previous year. Despite a challenging economic environment, the company has made strategic advancements, including the acquisition of SmartPath, and remains optimistic about its growth potential and value creation in the medium to long term.
