GetBusy plc, a prominent productivity software provider, announced that all proposed resolutions were approved at its AGM, despite the largest institutional shareholder, BGF, voting against certain resolutions. The board expressed its disappointment over BGF’s lack of engagement and deemed their dissent on standard administrative resolutions as puzzling. Nonetheless, the company remains committed to its strategic direction, supported by all other major shareholders.
