Gestamp Automocion S.A. has concluded its share buyback program, having reached the target of acquiring 3,014,319 shares at a total investment of 8,334,732.18 euros. The buyback was completed ahead of schedule, with the final transaction occurring on August 9, 2024, thus fully utilizing the allocated funds before the set expiry date of December 20, 2024.
