Gerdau SA Completes Fractional Share Auction

Gerdau SA (GGB) has released an update.

Gerdau SA has announced the successful auction of the fractional shares that resulted from its bonus issue, with common and preferred shares sold at R$15.73 and R$17.58 respectively. Shareholders will receive their proportional payments on June 12, 2024, with funds being distributed through B3’s central depository, direct credit from Itaú, or upon registration update at Itaú Unibanco S.A. for those with outdated registration information.
