Mining, Minerals & Metals plc ( (GB:GEX) ) has issued an announcement.
Georgina Energy plc has executed a Memorandum of Understanding with Halo Capital Investments Ltd for an off-take agreement concerning its Hussar and Mt Winter projects. This agreement allows Halo a 12-month non-exclusive option to acquire the rights to 100% of helium, hydrogen, and natural gas from Georgina’s projects, enabling Westmarket Oil & Gas to sell gas in its raw state and minimizing capital infrastructure exposure. The agreement also includes provisions for Halo to handle processing, storage, and transportation at its own expense. Additionally, Georgina has received notification from the Department of Mining, Petroleum and Exploration that all requirements for the Hussar EP513 permit have been completed, with final drilling approval pending. This positions the company strongly for future growth and commercialisation of its assets.
