Mining, Minerals & Metals plc ( (GB:GEX) ) just unveiled an update.
Georgina Energy plc has received a draft Aboriginal Land Rights Agreement from the Central Land Council, a key step toward securing the Mt Winter EPA155 exploration permit and ultimately 100% ownership of current tenement holder Oilco Pty Ltd. The agreement is under review and, once executed by the company, the CLC and Traditional Landowners, will be submitted to the Northern Territory Minister for the grant of the permit.
The Mt Winter prospect lies near the long-producing Mereenie oil and gas field and carries prospective recoverable resources of helium, hydrogen and hydrocarbon gas, supported by strong analogue well data from the Amadeus Basin. Successful permitting would enable Georgina to accelerate re-entry of Mt Winter and assess additional wells within EPA155, strengthening its resource base and advancing its strategy to build a leading position in the global helium and hydrogen markets.
The most recent analyst rating on (GB:GEX) stock is a Hold with a £6.00 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on Mining, Minerals & Metals plc stock, see the GB:GEX Stock Forecast page.
Spark’s Take on GB:GEX Stock
According to Spark, TipRanks’ AI Analyst, GB:GEX is a Neutral.
The score is primarily constrained by very weak financial performance (no revenue, widening losses, sustained cash burn, and negative equity with increased debt). Technical indicators provide some offset via moderate positive momentum and price strength versus key longer-term moving averages, while valuation cannot be evaluated due to missing P/E and dividend data.
