Georgia Capital PLC has continued its share buyback and cancellation programme, with Deutsche Bank AG’s London branch (trading as Deutsche Numis) repurchasing 10,000 ordinary shares on 5 January 2026 on the London Stock Exchange at a volume-weighted average price of 3,092.78 pence per share. Once these shares are cancelled, the company will have 34,934,357 ordinary shares in issue, of which 50,000 will be held in treasury and 34,884,357 will carry voting rights, marginally concentrating existing shareholders’ ownership and signalling ongoing capital management discipline.
